OUR SOLUTION:
The 3-in-1 Counter-sinking Drill Bits lets you Pre-drill & cone-shape the hole where the screw heads will countersunk & sit comfortably below the surface of the surroundings.
Kit also includes stop collars for controlling drill bit depth to a precise setting.
It's recommended to use drill collars with a lubricant to prevent burning of the material surface.
ADJUSTABLE:
Both the Countersink bits & the collars have hex nuts for easy adjusting tightening & accurate positioning.
Kit comes with the Correct Hex Wrench for tightening the nuts.
Countersink may also be used to remove burr left from a drilling/tapping operation thereby improving the finish of the project & removing any hazardous sharp edges.
(Countersink unlike counterbore makes a cone shaped hole while bore produces a Flat-bottom rounded hole.)
